VAG 1.0 TSI 2022- Dump Valve

Similar to many of the newer VAG engines, the latest 1.0 TSI power plant is not equipped with a diverter valve fitted as standard, Forge Motorsport has developed a twin piston dump valve that not only gives you a loud audible sound when lifting off the throttle, but alsoincreases the throttle responseduring gear changes byreducing turbo lag.It has been designed to help the turbocharger maintain its rotational speedready for when you accelerate, whilst also taking the strain away from the impeller.Without removingthis stress from your turbo, itcan lead to premature failure especially on remapped engines and modified vehicles.

This valve kit allows the fitment of our fast response blow off valve preventing turbo surge andprolonging the life of your engines turbocharger.The kit includes all the necessary hardware and step by step installation instructions for anycar enthusiastwith appropriate garage toolsto fit at home, in just a couple of hours!

Due to the exposed position of the OEM boost pipe and the nature of heat cycle, the plastic that the OEM pipe is made from can deteriorate over time, becoming brittle andsusceptible to boost leaks. This kit totally replaces this plastic pipe from turbo to manifold with a multi-ply silicone hose (available in a choice of red or black).
