Atp Power Amberley Snyder’S Barrel Racer

A former racehorse, Power was the last horse Amberley trained prior to her accident. With a few adjustments, like adding a seatbelt to her saddle and training Power to ignore her legs, they were back in action. Amberley shares, We had a future planned, just because my legs didn’t work, we still wanted to work for that future. This horse was made for me. Not only did Amberley ride again, she and Power went on to clock their personal best time, and in 2015 they were voted the fan-favorite exemption to compete in The American the world’s richest one-day rodeo. In 2019, Amberley’s moving story was made into the Netflix film, Walk. Ride. Rodeo. A star himself, Power played himself in the racing scenes, has graced the pages of magazines, and has even appeared on TV shows like Yellowstone.
